Chelsea have five Premier League Winners titles. The Premier League Champions most recent title win came in the 2016-2017 EPL season under the management of Antonio Conte. Prior to that, Chelsea won the title in the 2014-2015 EPL season under Jose Mourinho’s management. Chelsea’s performance varied over the years. They have a rich history, having been founded in 1905, and have won numerous domestic and international titles.In the 1954-1955 season, they won their first league title in the old England First Division, and then won it again in the 2004-2005 season, which was their final season before the formation of the Premier League. They also won seven FA Cup titles before the Premier League era, with their first coming in the 1969-1970 season, and their most recent before the Premier League being in the 1996-1997 season. Chelsea also won the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup twice before the formation of the Premier League, in the 1970-1971 and 1997-1998 seasons. They also won the UEFA Super Cup in 1998.Overall, Chelsea had a successful history before the Premier League, but their fortunes have greatly improved in the modern era, where they have won multiple Premier League titles and other domestic and international trophies.
