Chelsea have five Premier League Winners titles. The Premier League Champions most recent title win came in the 2016-2017 EPL season under the management of Antonio Conte. Prior to that, Chelsea won the title in the 2014-2015 EPL season under Jose Mourinho’s management. Chelsea’s performance varied over the years. Chelsea also won the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup twice before the formation of the Premier League, in the 1970-1971 and 1997-1998 seasons. They also won the UEFA Super Cup in 1998.Overall, Chelsea had a successful history before the Premier League, but their fortunes have greatly improved in the modern era, where they have won multiple Premier League titles and other domestic and international trophies.
