CONCACAF Caribbean Championship from 1978 to 1988 & Cup winners from 1978 to 2017 was a biennial international football championship of the Caribbean region organized by the Caribbean Football Union (CFU). The 2017 Caribbean Cup was the 19th and final edition of the Caribbean Cup. The most successful team was Trinidad & Tobago with 10 wins up till 2017. After the final edition of the Caribbean Cup in 2017, the tournament was discontinued and replaced by a new structure under the CONCACAF Nations League.
