Premier League Top Scorers 2019-20 till Matchday 17 are Jamie Vardy from Leicester with 16 goals, Tammy Abraham from Chelsea with 11 goals, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Arsenal with 11 goals and Marcus Rashford from Manchester City with 10 goals. Amazingly, Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur has the best Games per Goal Record at 1.43.
With 488 goals scored in 170 games till Matchday 17, we’re on course to smash the record total. Since the league was cut from 22 teams to 20 in 1995, the record goal tally for any one season has been set at 1,072. If the scoring continues at the same rate, an average of 2.87, it will reach 1,091 by the time the final game of the season is played on May 17th. The record of 1,072 was set last season, 2018-2019, in which Manchester City were top scorers with an incredible 95 goals.
