Polish Football Association Sponsorship Deals

The Polish Football Association is one of the largest soccer governing bodies around the world. Based in Warsaw (the capital of Poland), this organization does more than just organize Polish football leagues. In conjunction with other companies, including Coca Cola and 99Rent, the organization provides incredible sponsorship opportunities for a number of the country’s football teams. Currently, this fully independent football federation is looking forward to activating more than 3 pending, new sponsorship deals with a number of entities.

1. The Polish Football Association and Coca Cola Sponsorship Deal

The national football governing body has finalized a lucrative sponsorship deal with Coca Cola—one of the world's leading soft drinks manufacturers. The two-year deal is set to begin on August 1 and will run from that date until July 31, 2020.

The soft drinks manufacturer will be among the official sponsors of the men’s as well as women’s national teams and under 21 players. It will be the official sponsor of other youth teams as well. Apart from sponsoring the above teams, Coca Cola is also going to be the official sponsor of the Łączy Nas Piłka online portal.

In return, the multinational will benefit from tremendous brand exposure by having its logo displayed on the front side of player jerseys. Coca Cola will also gain from massive brand promotion during press conferences, online advertising as well as match tickets.

2. The Polish Football Association and 99Rent Sponsorship Deal

The Polish soccer governing body has enjoyed a great partnership with a leading Polish car and heavy duty machinery rental company called 99Rent since 2014. The company recently announced that it was extending its sponsorship deal with the Polish Football Association until 2022. 99Rental will continue as the second official sponsor of the Polish national men’s soccer team and the nation's under-21 team for the next 4 years or so.

In return, the association has granted the company the right to use the pictures of players for its own marketing purposes. It has also granted 99Rent the right to feature its brand around game venues during all matches played by its beneficiaries.

3. The Polish Football Association and Grupa LOTOS Sponsorship Deal

Grupa LOTOS is a top energy brand, providing energy solutions in Poland and beyond. LOTOS and the national football governing body have enjoyed a great partnership for some time now. The 2 organizations recently announced that they were extending their partnership until 2022. According to the two entities, the energy company will remain as a co-sponsor of the country's men’s, women’s as well as under-21 teams until the end of 2022.

In return, LOTOS will continue to benefit from a range of brand exposure opportunities, and will retain the right to use images of players in its marketing initiatives. The new deal is set to begin at the end of 2018, when the current deal expires.

Conclusion

These are the new sponsorship deals between the Polish Football Association and various brands we look forward to in 2018. None of them has been activated yet, but they will all come into effect by the end of 2018.
