PSG admit interest in Bellingham

Following his spectacular displays, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi says the Paris club is keen on the services of the former Birmingham midfielder. Despite having deep pockets, Al-Khelaifi knows that snaring the youngster would not be a walk in the park. According to the head honcho at PSG, he knows there would be an incredible fight for his signature.

In a chat with Sky Sports, Nasser Al-Khelaifi described the 19-year-old player as amazing. He claims England is lucky to have him.

Al-Khelaifi believes Bellingham is one of the best players at the World Cup. According to the PSG president, Bellingham is amazing, calm, relaxed and confident. He added that everyone wants him.

A scramble for Bellingham

There is so much noise about Barcelona midfielder Pedri, but Bellingham is the one most clubs want to have on their side. He has turned up as one of the brightest talents in football. Bellingham has shown maturity beyond his age, and his performances for England at the World Cup continue to cement his status even further.

Bellingham scored his first international goal against Iran, following it up with superb displays. Bellingham has been amazing for Borussia Dortmund, with his performances alerting the likes of Real Madrid, Liverpool and Manchester City. While these three clubs lead the pack interested in his signature, other top clubs have shown interest in the off chance these trio cannot get him.

Bellingham will not come cheap as he is under contract with Borussia Dortmund till 2025. Although Dortmund expects to lose the midfielder in the summer of 2023, they would get a massive price for him, with figures around the £100m mark mentioned.
