Manchester United return for Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham

Manchester United have reignited their interest in Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham. Bellingham, who snubbed United two years ago, is also being courted by Real Madrid.

While the season is on, plans are already afoot for next season. It is the way football works. It is an ever-spinning machine that occasionally stops momentarily to take a breather but keeps grinding. Some players have been setting the scene alight, and the top clubs cannot do but notice their performance.

Borussia Dortmund has long been a mill that churns out talent. Many young talented players have walked through the halls of the Signal Iduna, and many more will follow suit.
Robert Lewandowski plied his trade on the turf of the Signal Iduna, and so did Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Recently it was Haaland that left in a blaze of glory. Now, all eyes are on Jude Bellingham.

Jude Bellingham has attracted the attention of the top clubs, and only a matter of time before saying his goodbye to the Signal Iduna.

Manchester United revive interest in Bellingham
Jude Bellingham is the latest sensation to grab the headlines and spin the necks of Europe’s elite clubs. The young man has posted some exciting performances this term and may be leaving the German club in the summer. While Erling Haaland joined the blue side of Manchester, Bellingham may be heading for the red side to join up with former Dortmund player Jadon Sancho.

After studying the player for a long time, Manchester United believes Bellingham is worth the hype and is ready to take a punt on the young Englishman. The teenage sensation has convinced the Red Devils that he is the genuine article and would solve plenty of their midfield problems.

The 19-year-old midfielder snubbed the Red Devils two years ago as he preferred a move to the Signal Iduna. Since he made that choice, he has grown from strength to strength. With the departure of several vital players from Borussia Dortmund, Bellingham has played a more critical role in the team. Bellingham’s time at the club might be nearing its end.

Competition for Bellingham and an expensive venture
The Red Devils might have been snubbed by Bellingham two years ago, but the Old Trafford side has not given up on the midfielder. The Red Devils want to steal a march on any interested party and hope their earlier attempts would count for something in their latest attempt to lure the young lad to the red side of Manchester.

It will not be a walk in the park for United as there is competition for the midfielder. Bellingham will not come cheap. The services of Bellingham should go for as high as £100 million, as it is the kind of figure that would interest Borussia Dortmund. Bellingham has a Dortmund contract that runs till 2025.

There is competition for the services of Bellingham. The young man is also a target of Real Madrid, who seem to be favourites to land him. Undoubtedly, the rising stock of Bellingham means his future at Dortmund remains uncertain.

Real Madrid wants to sign him to revitalise their midfield, as Toni Kroos and Luka Modric are not growing any younger. Los Blancos already have Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga. The arrival of Bellingham would boost their midfield.

Bellingham should be a vital part of Gareth Southgate’s team to the World Cup.
