Casemiro has decided it is time for a new challenge and has given the offer from Manchester United much consideration. The midfielder has won five Champions League since joining Real Madrid.

Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro may have decided to join Manchester United. The Brazilian seems tired of winning titles and more interested in making money. After a few days of talk, Casemiro may have changed his mind and decided to break up the multiple-title winning midfield for a crisis-ridden Manchester United.

Money is a powerful tool and has for ages been a tool to manipulate people. Some are more susceptible to the temptation that comes with more money.

Casemiro chooses to join Manchester United

Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro has suddenly favoured a move to English club Manchester United. The Brazilian is unconcerned about playing in the Champions League but interested in making more money. There is no other way to explain leaving a club that has won multiple titles, is filled with champions and playing in Europe’s apex club competition for a club ridden with crisis and playing in the Europa League.

The Brazilian midfielder who has contributed immensely to the success of Los Merengues has held meetings with Real Madrid chiefs over a potential switch. Manchester United have been in the market for a midfielder, and when they missed out on Adrien Rabiot, they turned their focus on Casemiro.

Following the recent development, Manchester United have stepped up their pursuit of the Brazilian. The negotiations for Rabiot failed after United baulked at his high wage demands.

A desperate Manchester United

Manchester United have become desperate to sign players for their malfunctioning squad. Casemiro emerged as a top target for United after the Brazilian lent a listening ear to the Red Devils. Casemiro should walk into a midfield that comprises Scott McTominay and Fred as holding midfielders.

After much doubts over whether the Brazilian would be interested in joining a sinking ship like Manchester United, Casemiro has decided on a new challenge.

The 30-year-old changed his mind about the United project with the lure of more money. It is typical of many Brazilian players to follow the money. The high wages offered by Manchester United seem to be the clincher after the Brazilian critically analysed the situation.

ESPN reports that Casemiro met with the hierarchy at Real Madrid with further talks with Carlo Ancelotti in the pipeline over his future. According to El Chiringuito, a formal agreement seems close for the parties involved.

An offer too good to resist

Real Madrid have left Casemiro with the decision over his future. The Spanish giants are not bothered about the choice the 30-year-old makes and will allow him to exit the club if he chooses. Manchester United will need to meet the demands of the 14-time Champions League winner to get the Brazilian midfielder.

Real Madrid have not agreed on terms with Manchester United but is a couple of steps away from a deal.

The Spanish giants have several players who they hope could fill the boots of the Brazilian. Among them are the two recent signings, Eduardo Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni.
