The English players heading to the World Cup in Qatar might need to shell out a fortune to ensure tighter security in their mansions as they head to Qatar later this year. This is inevitably necessary as many footballers in England have had to deal with burglary in the last 12 months.

The three lions are reported to be advised by the football association on the importance of taking this measure so as to ease any worry whilst they are at the world cup in Qatar.

WAGS of stars to get private security

Also, some English players are set to take their wives or partners with them to Qatar. Multiple sources report that some players intend to hire private security to protect their wives or girlfriends in the middle east nation.

The players would hire private security to watch their spouses or partners in the event that they need to go to the beach or for events outside of their hotels.

During the just concluded Premier League season, stars like Victor Lindelof, Joao Cancelo faced horrifying burglary attacks which caused mental trauma for their families. This trend was also reported in other minor cases, another was Chelsea’s right back Reece James.

Manchester United Star Victor Lindelof’s wife Maja Lindelof recently opened up on the experience with the hoodlums, and she described the experience as nothing short of terrifying and she also added that it left her and her family “feeling hunted “.

The incident occurred while her husband was on duty in London in a premier league game involving United and Brentford. “During Victor’s game this Wednesday night we had a break-in at our house in Manchester. We are OK under the circumstances but it was obviously a very traumatic and scary moment for both me and my little kids” Maja said in a post on Instagram.

“I do not remember how, but I ran up and got all three of us into a room. Physically, I do not know how I managed to lift a heavy sleeping Ted Louie while I carried a fragile Francis in my arms but it worked. I got both the children and myself into a room, I locked the door and held up the handle. I remember the feeling of being hunted.” She further narrated the event in an interview with Elle.
