In lighter news, five-time Ballon d’Or winner has gone viral on the video-sharing app TikTok for a dance with his sister and his son, Cristiano Jr.

Ronaldo is known for his dedication to his physique and his game and this is what has helped him stay at the top even at the age of 37. Most of his social media posts show him training or recovering from a match with some form of exercise or diet. When he is not posting that kind of content on his social media, he is posting relaxation pictures with his family and rare clips and pics of him dressed up.

But he showed his fun side which many tend to forget about when he posted a video of himself and his family dancing to one of the popular songs on the video-sharing app. The video, which was released less than 48 hours ago, has garnered millions of reactions and is still gaining traction.

This is also a welcome post for his fans who commiserated with him after the loss of one of his babies who died at childbirth earlier in the year.

Ronaldo is currently holidaying with his family as he prepares to head back to training for pre-season preparations with Manchester United. The second half of his year is poised to be busy as he will be training with a new coach and also preparing mentally for what could be his last experience at the FIFA World Cup come November 21.

De Gea reacts to Ronaldo’s trending video

The five-time UEFA Champions League winner was teased by his teammate David De Gea in the comments of his video.

Ronaldo’s penchant for gym pictures and showing off his physique is well known as has been stated before, and De Gea took to the comments to tease him about not posting a gym video.

The Spanish shot-stopper commented: “Missing a little gym!” as a lighthearted comment between two teammates who were recovering from a gruelling season.

Both players are set to be important parts of the new-look Manchester United squad that Erik ten Hag is building. De Gea may b handed the captain’s armband and Ronaldo may be made his deputy or vice versa, as the club have decided to strip Harry Maguire of the responsibility.
