June 30th 2011:

Q: Who were the first club to win the European - South American Intercontinental Cup in 1960?

A: Real Madrid of Spain beat Peñarol of Uruguay over two legs. The competition ran until 2004, when it was replaced with FIFA's Club World Cup.
